OUR PRODUCTS

All products sold through The Raw Greek are 100% raw to the best of our knowledge.

Some of the information contained on the Site relating to the products is provided to us by third parties and accordingly, no warranty is given by us as to the accuracy of such information.
If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the products you receive please let us know so that we can prevent further disappointment.

EXCHANGE/REFUND

If for any reason you are not happy with your goods, and they are returned to us within 7 days from the purchase date, in perfect condition and with the original packaging and original invoice/receipt then we are more than happy to offer an exchange or refund. However, if you are returning goods through no fault of ours you will be responsible for the cost of returning the Goods to us, we do not refund any postage costs. Please notify us, before sending anything back, so that we can advise you on correctly packaging your item.

Please send the unwanted Goods to The Raw Greek, Salisbury House, 81 High Street, Potters Bar, Hertfordshire, EN6 5AS.

The right to return Goods does not apply to products which have been used or unsealed.

Please note; where you are returning goods because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will refund you the price of postage and packaging. Otherwise, the price of postage and packaging will not be refunded.
