Raw Olives from Greece

Unpasteurised, high quality raw olives

I have been searching all over Greece to find the perfect olives. My standards are high and the the only olives I would sell have to be of exceptional quality with no heat treatment and little or no salt.

I now have 2 types of olive, they are from opposite ends of the country and very different in taste and appearance.

Throuba olives are from the island of Thassos in the North East of Greece. The Throuba olive is known for ripening on the tree, and normally cured in salt water. Our olives have been cured in a way that ensures the olives absorb very little salt yielding a delicious black wrinkly olive with little trace of salt in the taste.

From way down South I recently added Kalamata olives to the shelves. These are no ordinary Kalamata olive. They are picked 3 months later than all other kalamata olives and allowed to naturally ripen on the tree for as long as possible before being cured in pure Mountain Spring water, and packaged in a little olive oil for preservation reasons.

Both types of olives are exquisite and exclusive to The Raw Greek, I am certain that noone will be disappointed. If you don't beleive me try for yourself.
